WhatsApp Business API pricing in India works on a conversation-based model- Meta charges once per 24-hour conversation window opened, based on category. Marketing conversations cost ₹0.79–0.91, Utility and Authentication conversations cost ₹0.14–0.17, and Service conversations (customer-initiated) are free for the first 1,000 per month, then ₹0.14 each. Standard 18% GST applies on top.
